Upon diagnosis, Shaw Cancer Center survivors are provided twelve complimentary services of massage, acupuncture, and/or reiki. You also have a total of two services to gift to your caregiver/caregivers.

Access if you were using Schedulicity:

Step 1 – Use the email you registered on Schedulicity to book your appointment.

Access if you are a new patient (or caregiver):

Step 1 – Contact Brenda at 970-569-7645 or hawkinsb@vailhealth.org to inform her that you are a new patient.

Step 2 – Provide Brenda with a working email address and cell number for which she will assign your package of 12 complimentary services. Caregivers will also need to do this.

Scheduling your services:

Select which option you are looking to schedule.

Service (acupuncture, massage, reiki, or sound healing)

• Click to agree to terms and conditions.
• Click saying you have entered your coupon or email address.
• Click blue Redeem Package button.
• The coupon code or email will automatically populate. You MUST leave this filled in order to book services. If your email doesn't populate, simply put your email into the field and it will automatically generate your specific coupon code to use in the future.

****Once your coupon code is out of minutes, your package has been used in full and you are no longer able to schedule additional services.

Class (yoga, sound healing, groups, etc.)

• If scheduling a class, these are all complimentary and you should be able to simply click the date, class, and confirm.

****If trying to register for a service or class within 24 hours, please contact Brenda to see availability.

****CANCELLATIONS: All services require 24 hours advanced notice for any cancellation. If not cancelled prior to 24 hours from appointment and/or if you do not show for a scheduled appointment, the service will be deducted and counted as one of your complimentary services.
